基于ACFM技术的焊缝跟踪传感器设计与实现

摘要 根据交变磁场测量法(ACFM)的基本原理,设计了一种由激励线圈和感应线圈组成的交变磁场传感器,可对空间“点”磁场进行测量。通过大量实验,研究了传感器位置和不同焊缝宽度对传感信号的影响规律。根据传感信号的变化规律,提出了相应的信号处理的方法,为ACFM方法用于焊缝跟踪奠定了良好的基础。 According to the basic principle of alternative current field measurement (ACFM),the alternative current field sensor was designed, which was made up of drive coil and induction coil.The sensor can be used for measuring the point magnetic field in the space.Based on the large amount of tests, it researches that the different sensor position and different seam breadth all impact the measure signal.The method of signal processing is put forward ,which established the good foundation for ACFM used in seam tracking.
