摘要
从材料学角度分析了工进速度、顶锻速度、顶刹时差、摩擦速度、顶锻变形量和后峰值扭矩等摩擦焊热力学参数量化控制的必要性;对摩擦焊工艺结构调整与焊机数字化技术提升的互动关系进行了实验研究。为拓展摩擦焊工程应用,促进摩擦焊产业向先进制造技术方向发展提供了实验研究基础。
The necessity of thermal parameters correlated to the quantification control of feeding,upsetting rate,time interval between upsetting and stopping,upsetting deformation degree and back peak value twisting moment is analyzed.The relationship of friction technique regulation and digital technique renovation is researched ,which expands its application and promotes that the development of the friction welding towards advanced manufacture technique.
