摘要
介绍虚拟齿轮故障测试仪的基本组成、软件设计步骤、各参数的设置、系统调试与优化,并进行了仿真试验。该软件的开发,实现了齿轮故障测试的自动化、数字化、智能化,提高了测试的效率、精度和可靠性。
The system composition, software design procedure, various parameters establishment, system debugging and optimization of gear malfunction test apparatus are introduced in this paper and the simulation test is made. The exploitation of the software system realizes the testing automation, digital and intelligence, thus enhances the testing efficiency, precision and reliability.
