摘要
以柠檬酸、乙酸酐、乙酸为原料合成一种水基切削液防锈润滑添加剂的中间体—柠檬酸酐。采用红外光谱法对原料和不同温度下的产物进行测试,通过对红外光谱图的分析与比较,确定了制备柠檬酸酐的最佳反应条件:原料比为柠檬酸、乙酸酐1∶2(摩尔比).反应时间为18h.反应温度为35℃。
The intermediate citric anhydride which was a water base cutting fluid of anti-rust and lubricant additive was synthesized by citric acid and acetic anhydride. The raw material and different temperature products were characterized by infared spectroscopy.The optimum conditions for preparing citric anhydride were that citric acid:acetic anhydride was 1:2(molar ratio),reaction time was 18h and reaction temperature was 35 ℃ by analyzing infared spectrum diagrams.
