摘要 在停车生成率预测模型的基础上,通过多元线性回归方法确定各预测区域不同类型用地间相互作用后的停车动态生成率,并利用道路交通量对其进行扩展,建立了用地与交通影响分析模型;然后借助可编程MapX组件,与高级编程语言VB.NET结合进行地理信息系统的二次开发,建立了模型的算法设计,开发了城市停车需求预测性规划管理系统。该系统可以对城市行政区域及其功能小区进行精确的停车需求预测,为停车设施的布局规划提供可靠依据。 Vehicle parking is becoming a serious issue mainly arising from the contradiction between the urban land use, and traffic flow. Based on the forecast model of parking generation rate, the authors present a forecast method for parking demand with the influence factors of urban land use characters and traffic flow, which establishes dynamic parking generation rates for interacted districts by multivariate linear regression. Then with VB.NET program and programmable MapX component, the authors design the algorithm and program, develop urban parking demand management system with geographic information system, which can accurately forecast parking demand in urban districts and its' subareas, offer credible data for the park planning and parking management.
