摘要
ITIO问题是现代物流配送系统中重要的问题,一对多配送网络中ITIO问题是以一对多配送网络为研究对象,是解决ITIO问题的一个基础。解决这一问题,应该用双层规划法建立具有随机需求的、多产品的库存与运输整合优化数学模型,并针对问题的复杂性和庞大的计算量而难以得到模型最优解的情况采用改进启发式算法,从一个初始可行解开始,通过反复迭代,协调供需库存之间的影响,不断寻求改进的解,进而求得优化策略。同时也应该考虑VMI模式下的供需双方库存与运输的全面整合优化,从而实现更贴近于大规模现代物流配送实践的数学描述与求解研究。
ITIO (Inventory-transportation Integrated Optimization)is important in modern distributing logistics system. To achieve ITIO it is necessary to study One-warehouse Multi-retailer distributing network. The mathematic model which suits to stochastic demanding and many products should be established with a bi-level programming model. Because of the complexity and enormous calculation, a heuristic algorithm should be designed to coordinate inventory between the supplier and the demander. Meanwhile, ITIO under VMI mode also need to be considered in order to realize the mathematic description and the heuristic algorithm to the massive practice of the modern distributing logistics system.
