大鼠烫伤后肾上腺皮质组织化学及超微结构的变化

摘要 用组织化学和超微结构方法,观察了大鼠30%烫伤后30 min,2 h,6 h肾上腺皮质的变化。结果显示烫伤后30 min,2 h肾上腺皮质碱性磷酸酶,琥珀酸脱氢酶和单胺氧化酶活性增强,脂质减少。烫伤后6 h肾上腺束状带和网状带部分细胞SDH、MAO活性降低,结合电镜观察说明大鼠烫伤后肾上腺皮质细胞功能增强,特别是内束状带和网状带。对机体烫伤后发生的机能改变提供了一定的依据。本文并讨论了内束状带及网状带形态与机能关系。 With histochemical and ultrastructural methods, we observed the changes of the rat adrenal cortex 30 min, 2 h and 6 h after scalding of 30% body surface. It was showed that AKP, SDH and MAO activities in the adrenal cortex were increased and lipid was decreased 30 min and 2 h after scalding. SDH and MAO activities in some cells of the zona fasciculata and reticulans of the adrenal gland were decreased 6 h after scalding. These results combined with that of electron microscopic observations imply that the functions of the adrenal cortex cells, especially that in the zona fasciculata and reticularis were strengthened after scalding. The relationship between morphology and function in the zona fasciculata and reticularis after scalding is also discussed.
