摘要
赢得值分析法是一种能全面衡量工程进度、费用状况的整体方法,基本要素是用货币量或资源消耗量代替工程量来测量工程的进度,是一种完整和有效的工程项目监控指标和方法。工程实践证明,合理地应用赢得值理论对设计工作进行有效的动态监控,对设计阶段人工时进行详细而量化的分析,可以找出存在问题和发展趋势,以确保项目设计工作的正常开展。
Earned value analysis is an integrated method for general measurement of project progress and cost status and an efficient project monitor and control index,basically it applies currency quantity or resource consumption quantity instead of engineering quantity to measure project progress. It is proven that the earned value theory is able to identify outstanding problems and development tendency to assure normal operation of engineering design as long as it is properly applied to dynamic and efficient monitoring on engineering design and detailed and quantitive analysis on man-hour in engineering design stage.
