摘要
建立了按特征组织的码结构,定义了各个码位;对于零件结构构型特征项,采用结构要素集合上的二元关系来描述,提出了用二元有序对组合来定义该码位;分析表明,该方法能够全面、无多义性地表达零件的特征,具有对变化多样的飞机钣金零件结构特征编码的柔性。结合零件工艺设计建立了该编码方法的应用方案,运行实例表明该方法是可行和有效的。
The paper established the code structures organized according to features and defined every code digit. To describe the structural configuration features of a part, it used the two-tuple relations among the sets composed of structural elements. The code digit was defined by combining two-tuple ordered pairs of all two relevant structural elements. The part coding done this way can fully describe part features without ambiguity and secure the flexibility of the coding of the diverse structural features of an aircraft sheet metal part. The application of the coding scheme was presented along with an application instance which shows that the scheme is feasible and effective.
