摘要
针对目前国内火电厂主要厂用辅机运行效率低下的情况,从了解变频器的工作原理和特点入手,通过比较风机(水泵)调节方法,认为变频调速是风机水泵节能的最佳方案。同时阐述了富士电气的FRN 280P 9S-4JE系列变频调速装置在热电厂辅机节能改造应用中取得的效益,以此说明变频调速技术在火力发电厂具有广阔的应用前景,它在节能、环保和可持续发展方面具有重要的现实意义。
Regarding the low efficiency of major auxiliaries in domestic thermal power plant, based on the working principle and characteristics of frequency converter, and by comparing fan (water pump) regulation, it is considered that frequency converter is the best choice for energy saving of fan pump. Meanwhile the application of Fuji Electric FRN280P9S-4JE series frequency converter in retrofit of auxiliaries of thermal power plant proved energy saving. The frequency converter has broad future in the application in thermal power plant. It has important significance in energy saving, environmental protection and sustainable development.
