摘要
介绍IEC 61850国际标准的基本思路和特点,以及贯彻该标准的重要意义。在分析数字化变电站自动化系统各部分功能的基础上,指出在数字化电网建设中应注意的问题。
This paper introduces the basic thingking and characteristics of the IEC 61850 international standard, and the important significance implementing the standard. Based on the function analysis of the each part of the automation system in a digitalized substation,this paper points out the considerable problem in the construction of digitalized electric power grid.
