摘要 传统眼震图记录技术是通过皮肤电极引导微弱的角膜、视网膜电位差以间接地观测眼球运动位移参数。本研究提出了一种基于图像分割的视频眼震图记录新方法,通过摄像单元对眼球震颤的视频采集,对运动图像进行瞳孔图像分割,而后获取瞳孔图像的一个定点在定坐标系下的坐标值,从而实现对眼球的运动轨迹的记录。实验结果表明,与传统的眼震图记录的方法相比,该方法使眼震图记录的准确性、精确度和可靠性方面具有明显优势,能为临床诊断提供更丰富的信息依据。 The traditional electronystagmograph observes nystagmus indirectly by detecting slight potential difference between cornea and retina conducted by dermal electrodes. A new videonystagmograph based on image segmentation is introduced in this paper. The video acquisition unit receives the video signals of nystagmus; the moving images are segmented to acquire acquire the coordinates of a fixed point on pupil in one reference frame. Thereby the track of nystagmus can be recorded. Experimental results prove that this new videonystagmograph has higher reliability, accuracy and precision, and provides more information for clinical diagnosis.
