摘要
和谐社会是人类孜孜以求的理想社会,我国社会主义和谐社会的构建必须以法治为保障、以德治为基础、以社会保障为支柱。
Harmonious society is the ideal society pursued by humans. The construction of our socialist harmonious society must be guaranteed by rule by law, based on rule of morality, and supported with social security.
