步入新世纪,中国的发展令世人瞩目。但经济的快速增长和社会工业化所带来的人文建设和环境景观问题也引起了人们的关注。城市人口的不断增长,城市建设的飞速发展,都市风貌的急剧变化,已造成了现代人迷茫与困顿的环境价值观。为此,作为公众与环境关系纽带的公共空间艺术显得尤其重要起来,同时人文景观的建设和城市环境空间的改观已成为新世纪重要的设计课题。

The development of China in the new century attraets the people all over the world,however,the problems of humanities construction and environmental landscape together with the speady increase of economy and the social industrilization are also being paid much attention to city population＇ s in creasing.City eonstruation＇ s quick developing and the city style＇ s fast changing are making the modern man confused and puzzled with the sense of environmental value. So, as the chain between the public and the environment, the public space arts become more and more important. At the same time, the humanities construction and environmental landscape are becoming one of the necessary design topics of the new century.
