摘要
提高大型体育场馆设施的公共服务效果、经营管理效益,以及从业人员的专业管理水平,是我国“十一五”期间体育事业发展的一项重要工作。广州天河体育中心作为全国范围内经营效益较好的大型体育场馆设施之一,其成功的经营管理经验值得总结与推广。本研究以广州天河体育中心作为案例研究客体,通过访谈法、文献研究法、数据统计等方法,对其收支情况、主要产品服务、经营手段等内容进行研究,以期揭示构建大型体育场馆设施赢利模式的主要方法与手段。
Improving of the effects of public serves, the benefits of operations and pmtessionai level of practitioners of major sport facilities is an important project in Chinese sport development during the period of eleventh ‘five years plan' . As one of the larger - scale sport facilities in china, Guangzhou Tianhe Sport Centre has a great performance, and its successful experience is worth summarizing. This paper adopts method of interview experts, documentary analysis, mathematical statistics, etc. Taking Guangzhou Tianhe Sport Centre as research subject, the author analyzes on the income resources and cost condition, main products and serves and operation of Guangzhou Tianhe Sport Centre, in order to illustrate the main methods to construct profitable patterns of larger - scale sport venue facilities.
