教育问责制是政府部门及社会机构或个人监督高校的一项重要手段,它在高校的改革和发展中扮演着重要角色。本文认为,高校可以通过明确责任主体、健全问责体系、明晰责任内容、确定科学问责方法等途径实施教育问责制。
