摘要
科技档案是科学技术研究活动的真实记录,是科学技术储备的一种形式,是一项重要的信息资源,是国家的宝贵财富。随着科学技术研究在高校地位不断强化,农业高校科技档案管理整体滞后已成为制约科学研究的重要因素。本文分析了农业高校科技档案管理存在的问题,提出实现科技档案规范化管理的对策建议。
As the authentic records of scientific research activities, research archives are kept as a storage form of science ＆ technology, important information resources and valuable national treasures. However, the mismanagement of research archives in higher agricultural institutions has become the important factors of restricting scientific research under the new situation of further strengthening of science ＆ technology research activities in universities. This article analyzed the existing problems of research archives in higher agricultural institutions. Furthermore, some countermeasures are proposed in order to realize the management of research archives.
