摘要
目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定白花杜鹃叶药材中槲皮素含量的方法。方法：十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充刺；流动相为甲醇-0．4％磷酸-三乙胺（58：42：0．05）；流速：1．0ml／min,柱温；30C；检测波长：360nm；进样量：10μl。结果：槲皮素在0．104～0．936pg范围内呈良好线性关系．回收率为99．75％，RSD为0．86％o。回归方程：Y=3E＋06X-25946，r=0.9996。结论：方法可行，分离效果理想、灵敏、准确、重现性好，可作为白花杜鹃叶药材内在质量的监控指标。
Objective.To establish the content determination method for Quercetin in Baihua Dujuan Leaf by HPLC. Methods. chromatographic condition is C18 column;mobile phase is methanol-0.4 % phosphoric acid-triethylamine （58 ： 42 ： 0. 05）;flow rate is 1.0ml/min ;column temperature ： 30C ;detective wavelength is at 360nm;injection volume ; 10μl. Results .The content of Quercetin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 104-0. 936μg. The average recovery of Zinc Oxide is 99.75% with RSD 0. 860% the regression equation . Y = 3E ＋ 06X - 25946, r = 0. 9996. Conclusions ： This method is feasible, sensitive, accurate and well reproducible,and can effectively control the quality of Quercetin in Baihua Dujuan Leaf.
