Determination of Glibenclamide Tablets by HPLC

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定格列本脲片的含量。采用KromasilC18色谮柱．流动相为甲醇-乙腈。磷酸二氢铵溶液（pH3．50）（55：15：30）．流速为1．0ml·min^-1．检测波长为301．0nm，进样体积为10μl。线性范围为10～300μg·ml^-1（r=0．9999．n=6），高、中、低3种浓度的平均加样回收率为100．3％．RSD％为0．71％（n=9）。本方法简便、准确、专属性强，灵敏度高．内标物易得。

To develop an HPLC method for the determination of Glibenclamide in tablets. The determination was performed on a Kromasil C18 column with the mobile phase consisting of CH3OH-CH3CN-NH4H2PO4 （pH3.50）（55 ： 15 ： 30）. The flow rate was 1.0ml.min^-1. The detection was made at 301.0nm. The injection volume was 10μl. The method offered good linearity in the range of 10-300μg . ml^-1（r= 0. 9999,n = 6）. The average recovery was 100. 3^ for three different levels of the added amount of Glibenclamide with RSD= 0. 71^（n= 9）. This method was convenient ,accurate,specific and sensitive. The internal standard was easy to obtain.
