摘要
目的；测定前列回春胶囊中有效成分大黄素含量。方法：HPLC，以甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（85：15）为流动相；采用C18柱，检测波长为254nm。结果：大黄素在0．1255-0．9414／1g呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9999（n=7），平均回收率为99．06％，RSD-0．73％。结论：建立HPLC法可作为本品的定量分析方法。
Objective： To develop a methed for determine the content of Emodin in Qianlie Huichun Capsules. Methods： An HPLC method was used. The separation was performed on C18 column with methanol-0.1 %HaPO4 （85 ： 15）as a mobile phase and the wavelength of UV detector was 254nm. Results ：The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0. 1255-0. 9414μg,r= 0. 9999 （n = 7）. The mean recovery was 99.12% and RSD= 0. 72 % （n = 6）. Conclusion ： The method is accurate and reliable. It can be used in quality control of Emodin.
