Content Determination of Zinc Oxide in Galamina Lotions Containing Phenol by EDTA Titration

目的：制定含酚炉甘石洗刺的质量控制方法。方法：用EDTA络合滴定法测定了含酚炉甘石洗剂中氧化锌的含量。结果：通过方法学考察，氧化锌的浓度在0．02504-0．1252g．ml^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系。氧化锌的平均回收率为99.5％（n=6），RSD为0．2％。结论：该方法简便、准确、重现性好、精密度高。可用于控制含酚炉甘石洗刑的质量。

Objective ：To establish the quality control method for Galamina Lotions containing Phenol. Methods ：The content determination of Zinc Oxide in Galamina Lotions containing phenol by EDTA titration. Results：The content of Zinc Oxide showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 02504-0. 1252 g. ml^-1. The average recovery of Zinc Oxide is 99.5%（n = 6） with RSD 0.2 %. Conclusions：This method is convenient ,accurate and well reproducible with good precision,which can be used to control the quality of Galamina Lotions containing phenol.
