强激光脉冲能源系统电路优化

摘要 研制了一套三级6路用于泵浦100J激光功率放大系统氙灯的模块化脉冲能源系统。采用电容器一端接地的电路结构,选用真空放电开关、低损耗电缆等低辐射器件,有效抑制了地电位抬高。采取光电隔离、屏蔽等措施进一步提高了系统的抗电磁干扰能力。利用计算机控制技术、光电隔离技术和基于高压大电流真空开关的脉冲功率技术实现了系统的自动化和模块化。建立了脉冲放电系统的Pspice模型。
