Observation of Antifungal Activity of Fluconazole and Its Derivatives

用药基法对氟康唑及其两个类似物进行抗真菌活性观察,以酮康唑作对照。结果表明,氟康唑比两个类似物及酮康唑有更广的抗真菌谱和更强的抗真菌活性。

The antifungal activity of fluconazole and its two derivatives was tested with ketoconazole as a control by the method of cultivation. The preliminary results show that fluconazole had wider antimicrobial spectra and stronger antifungal activities than its two derivatives and ketoconazole.
