浙江苍南县“桑美”台风建筑灾害与抗风技术措施

Building disaster caused by Saomai typhoon in Cangnan County, Zhejiang Province as well as the technical measure for anti-typhoon

今年第8号台风“桑美”于8月10日下午正面袭击浙江省温州市,造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。灾害发生后,建设部立即派专家组赶赴浙江、福建两省台风灾区,实地调查了台风对房屋和市政基础设施的破坏情况。根据当地村镇建筑在抗御台风方面存在的问题,分析了房屋台风破坏原因,提出了房屋抗风技术措施,为灾后恢复重建提供技术支持。

This year, No.8 typhoon Saomai frontal struck the Wenzhou city, Zhejiang Province, causing hug casualty and pmperty loss in afcernoon, August 10.After the disaster happened, the Ministry of construction at once sent the expert group to the typhoon struck area in Zhejiang and Fujian Province to investigate the situation of hours and infrastructure damage.The expert group analyzed the cause of house damaged by typhoon and proposed the technical measures to anti-typhoon for the hours according to the problems existed in anti-typhoon of building in local village and town, provided a technical support for the recovery and reconstruction after disaster.
