摘要
在介绍现代散货码头营运管理控制系统建设的目标与原则的基础上,阐述该系统创新技术,以实现码头生产作业自动化、营运管理数字化,最终实现高生产效率、高管理水平、高系统安全、低能耗成本、低设备故障的散货码头营运系统。
Based on the description of the objective and principle of modern bulk cargo wharf production and operation management system＇s construction, this paper gives an exposition on the innovative technique of ＂the system＂, so as to realize automation of wharf production and digitization of operation management, and at last to realize high production efficiency, high management level, high system security, low energy consumption, and low equipment failure for bulk cargo wharf production and operation system.
