摘要
从BT模式的概念入手,依托朝天门长江大桥项目,就BT模式项目的切入点、切入时机、合同技巧、选择合作伙伴,以及设计机构和设计管理的作用发表个人观点,最后对设计机构参与BT模式项目管理提出建设性意见。
Starting with the concept of BT mode, personal ideas concerning the points and penetration, technique for contract, choice of cooperator, as well as the functions of design organ management for BT projects are described in combination with the practice of Chaotianmen Yangtze project, and constructive ideas on design organs' participation into BT-mode projects' management are right time of s and design River Bridge put forward.
