摘要
本文从蓬莱镇组浅层气藏的储层特征入手,找出产生速敏效应的潜在因素;然后,通过实验室内的流动实验确定临界流速,并将其转换成相应的单井日产气量(气量上限)。针对开采头两天部分中、高产气井产量突降的现象,利用有效厚度和临界流速计算这些井的产量上限,结果发现,产量突降的井其产气量已超过了产量上限,而产量稳定的井其产气量小于产量上限。最后,提出了避免速敏效应的措施,控制测试和生产过程中的生产压差,使产量一直小于产量上限。
The potential factors of causing damages to reservoirs due to the inappropnriate flowing velocity are analysized in this article.Based on the stydy of the characteristics shallow reservoir, in Penglaizhen formation of Xinchang gas field,the critical flow velocity is determined by conduct- ing flow experiments,which can be transfered to the upper limit of well production rate.With con- sideration of the phenomena which is suddenly dropping down of the production occured within several days afte wells putting into operation,it is calculed the upper limit of productivity of these wells by using data of the relative permeability,and effective thickness of the reservoir,and found that wells which's gas production rate surpassed the their upper limit of productivity would have a sudden drop in their production rate.According this study,some measured are suggested for avoiding damages caused by inappropriate flow velocity.
