摘要 经颅磁刺激是一种利用时变磁场产生的感应电流刺激大脑的技术,现在已经广泛地应用于精神疾病的治疗及脑功能的研究。本文建立了经颅磁刺激中大鼠真实头模型,并利用有限元方法计算了模型中感应电场的空间分布情况。该模型可用于动物实验方案的设计和实验结果的解释。 Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) is a technique to stimulate the neuron by changing magnetic fields that induce a flow of current in the brain. Now it is widely used in the treatment of psychiatric disorders and brain research. A real rat' s head model during transcranial magnetic stimulation is presented. And the analysis is carried out to calculate the spatial distribution of the electric field by finite elements method. This model is a useful tool for the scheme designing experiment in animal and interpreting result.
