摘要
目的:考察对大鼠连续3个月给予关格通颗粒所产生毒性反应及程度。方法:88只SD大鼠随机分为4组,低、中、高剂量组分别给予关格通颗粒43·2g生药/kg、74·8g生药/kg、129·2g生药/kg,对照组给予相同体积的蒸馏水,各组连续灌胃给药3个月,进行血液学、血液生化、尿常规、脏器重量系数、组织病理学检查及常规观察。结果:关格通颗粒各剂量组的部分生化指标与对照组比较有显著性差异,但停药后恢复正常;各组大鼠的尿常规检验未见差异;给药组的部分脏器系数高于对照组,但停药后恢复正常;各脏器的病理组织学检查未见药物引起的病理损伤。结论:关格通颗粒大剂量129·2g生药/kg、中剂量74·8g生药/kg、小剂量43·2g生药/kg连续灌胃给药3个月对大鼠无明显毒性作用。
Objective: To observe and inspect the reaction and degree of toxicity caused by Guan Ge Tong granule on rats for successive three months. Methods: 88 SD rats were divided into 4 groups at random sample. The low, medium, large dosage groups were given 43.2g, 74.8g, 129.2g of Guan Ge Tong granule crude drug/kg respectively while the control group was given the distilled water of the same volume. Each group was infused for successive three months, making the examination and routine observation of hematology, blood biochemistry, routine urine test and organ weight coefficient, pathologic histology. Results: The part of the biochemical index of each group infused with Guan Ge Tong granule showed an obvious significance difference from that of the control group, but became normal after stopping infusing the drug. The routine urine test of each group showed no difference. The part of the organ coefficient of the test groups was higher than that of the control group and became normal after stopping infusing the drug. The pathologic histology test of each organ of the test groups had no pathological injury which may be caused by the drug. Conclusion: The large, medium, low dosage groups with 129.2g, 74.8g, 43.2g of Guan Ge Tong granule crude drug/kg have no obvious toxic effect after infusing the drug for successive three months.
