摘要
倍容量导线由内含有36%-38%镍的铁镍合金来代替普通钢芯的铝包殷钢线,外使用超耐热或特耐热铝合金线所组成,其工作温度可达210-240℃,输送容量可达普通钢芯铝绞线的2倍。文章通过分析高耐热铝合金导体及其殷钢芯各自不同的机械物理特性,提出了导线“拐点温度”及拐点温度以上张力、弧垂计算的一些方法,并通过110kV常清线路改造,充分体现倍容量导线的优越特性。
The double capacity conductor consists of the invar wire aluminum - reinforced with 36% - 38% Ni iron - nickel alloy inside, substituting the conventional aluminum - cable steel - reinforced, and extra - heat - resistant or special heat - resistant aluminum alloy wire outside. Its operating temperature can be up to 210 -240 ℃ and transmission capacity be twice of the conventional ACSR. The paper puts forward the "break point temperature of the conductor and gives calculation methods for tension and sag above the break point temperature through analysis on the high heat - resistant aluminium alloy conductor and its various mechanical physical features of the invar core. The advantages of the double capacity conductor is presented through retrofitting of 110 kV Chang - Qiug line.
