摘要
针对高压架空送电线路实际施工中的基础扭转偏差问题,对施工及验收规范有关整基基础扭转条文进行探讨,提出了基础扭转偏差应为基础回填夯实后实际的两轴线与设计要求的两轴线之间的角度偏差。转角塔基础的两个轴线应该由设计根据导线布置、电气间隙及铁塔、基础的荷载情况计算确定。
Pointing to the deflection problem of foundation torsion in construction of HV overhead transmission lines the author investigates into the clauses about integral foundation torsion specified in the construction and acceptance specifications and puts forward that the deflection of the foundation torsion is the angular deflection between the actual 2 - axial line after the foundation has been back filled and ramped and the 2 - axial line required by the design.
