摘要
邹县电厂2×1 000 MW超超临界汽轮机通流部分的技术特点是喷嘴和动叶、隔板汽封各具特色,采用低型损层流静叶型线、分流叶栅技术、平衡扭曲动叶、自带冠多齿汽封、焓降优化及静动匹配的全三元设计技术。此外,汽缸及转子轴系支撑和汽轮机各部件材料选择也具特点,特别是中压转子及高、中压外缸冷却结构和滑销系统、盘车装置、配汽机构等也各具特点。
The technical features of the turbine flow passage of 2 x 1 000 MW extra supercritical units in Zouxian Power Plant are that nozzles, movable blades and diaphragm steam seal gland have all individual features. The 3 - dimentional design technique is used for stator blade of low loss flow, double flow blade grating, balanced twisted moving blade, multi - teeth steam seal, optimized enthalpy drop and moving - stator matching. In addition, the supports for casing and rotor shaft system, selection of materials used for parts of turbine are all of their own characters, especially for intermediate pressure rotors, cooling structure of HP, IP outer casings, sliding key system, turning gears, steam distribution mechanism, etc.
