几种天然饲料添加剂对肉鸡增重及成活率的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 对艾叶粉、茶叶渣、大蒜、醋、海带、辣椒叶6种饲料添加剂的添加量进行了研究,并将它们对肉鸡生长及抗病力的影响进行了比较。研究结果表明:艾叶粉(0.5%)、大蒜(新鲜大蒜2%或大蒜干粉0.6%)作为肉鸡饲料添加剂具有增重、提高成活率作用;茶叶渣作为饲料添加剂可增加鸡肉的维生素(VA、VB1、VB2、VC)含量;饲料中添加辣椒叶既有增重的作用,又可提高成活率;饲料中添加醋可以提高肉鸡抗病力,但对肉鸡增重的影响不显著;饲料中添加海带粉具有增重作用,但对肉鸡成活率影响不显著。 The feed additive quantities of argy wormwood powder, tea powder, garlic, vinegar, kelp powder and capsicum leaf were researched in this paper and effects of them on the increasing weight and survive rate of broiler chicken were also compared. The research results are showed as following: Argy wormwood powder(0.5%), garlic(fresh garlic 2% or garlic powder 0.6%) can increase weight and increase survive rate. Tea powder can increase the vitamin (VA, VB1, VB2, VC)content of the chicken. Capsicum leaf, as the feed additive, can not only increase weight but also increase survive rate. Vinegar, as the feed additive, can increase survive rate, but the effects of vinegar on increasing weight were invisible . Kelp powder can increase weight, but the effects of kelp powder on survive rate were invisible .
