STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF PP/POE/BASO_4 TERNARY COMPOSITES

摘要 采用两步法制备工艺,首先制备BaSO4填充(乙烯/辛烯)共聚物(POE)母料,再将母料与聚丙烯(PP)共混制得两种具有不同界面相互作用的PP/POE/BaSO4三元复合体系。研究表明,采用表面处理的BaSO4所制备的PP/POE/BaSO4三元复合体系呈核-壳结构;采用未经表面处理的BaSO4所制备的PP/POE/BaSO4三元复合体系为完全相分离结构;具有核-壳结构的三元复合体系的拉伸屈服强度、缺口冲击强度大于具有完全相分离结构的三元复合体系,但前者的弯曲弹性模量小于后者。 Polypropylene/ethylene-octene copolymer/barium sulfate ( PP/POE/BaSO4 ) ternary composites were prepared by two-step method, i.e. firstly preparing BaSO4 filled POE masterbatch and then blending this masterbatch with PP. The results showed that PP/POE/BaSO4 ternary composite of surface treated BaSO4 had core-shell morphology while the ternary composite of untreated BaSO4 had completely separated morphology. The yield strength and impact tougheness of composite with core-shell morphology were higher than those of composite with separated morphology, but the former had lower flexural modulus than the latter.
