摘要
分析了带弯芯塑料三通管的注射成型工艺,并对成型过程出现的缺陷进行预测。根据三通管的结构特点,设计了一种柔性顺序抽芯机构。该机构采用液压抽芯,能完成弯管处的直线和弧线两个抽芯动作。所设计的模具抽芯机构在实际应用中运动平稳,抽芯、复位准确,成型的塑料件质量符合设计和使用要求。
The molding technology of three-way plastic tube with flexural core is analyzed and the molding faults in plastic injecting process are forecasted. A new flexible and sequential core-pulling mechanism is designed according to the characteristic of three-way tube structure. Hydraulic pressure core-pulling is adopted in this mechanism, and it can accomplish linear and arc directional core-pulling motions. The core-pulling mechanism can safely and reliably accomplish the core-pulling motions, and the quality of molded plastic products can meet the requirements of design and operation.
