胰腺癌组织中HSP60、HSP70表达及其意义

摘要
目的研究HSP60、HSP70在慢性胰腺炎组织及不同分化胰腺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学研究1997年1月～2003年1月本院外科手术切除慢性胰腺炎组织12例,胰腺腺癌及癌旁组织63例中HSP60、HSP70的表达。结果HSP60和HSP70在胰腺癌中的过表达率与癌旁组织、慢性胰腺炎组织相比差异有显著性；HSP70的过表达率与是否发生淋巴结转移有显著关系。结论细胞内HSP加和HSP90表达增加是判断胰腺癌预后的重要指标。
