摘要 人类疾病动物模型是指医学研究中建立的具有人类疾病模拟表现的动物实验对象和相关材料。人类各种疾病的发生、发展是十分复杂的,但以人作为实验对象来推动生命医学的发展有一定的局限性,许多实验在道义上也受到限制,不可能也不允许在人体上进行试验,但可以利用动物复制疾病模型加以研究,克服这些不足。动物模型已成为现代医学认识生命科学客观规律的主要工具。
