碘伏配合微波提高重度宫颈糜烂一次性治愈率

Microwave Combined with Idophor can Improve the one-off Cure of the Serious Eervical Erosion.

目的探讨碘伏配合微波治疗重度宫颈糜烂的一次性治愈的疗效及价值。方法本科于2003年8月～2005年10月将80例重度官颈糜烂随机分为两组,A组微波治疗后,每隔1～3日,宫颈阴道加用碘伏原液擦洗也称微波碘伏组。B组单纯微波治疗也称微波组,均在治疗后3个月复查。观察其一次性愈合情况及不良反应。结果一次性治愈率A组95％,B组77．5％,A组明显高于B组,两组有显著性差异(P＜0．05)。脱痂期A组平均脱痂时间9．66天,B组平均脱痂时间13．78天。两组有显著性差异(P＜0．05)。结论碘伏配合微波治疗重度宫颈糜烂,可缩短脱痂期,提高一次性治愈率,其方法简便,易于推广使用。

Objective To explore the efficacy and value of the one - off cure of the serious cervical erosion by Microwave combined with idophor. Methods Eighty patients with serious cervical erosion enrolled in our department from 8, 2003 to 10, 2005 were randomly allocated to group A as test group and group B as control group. Both groups were treated with microwave. But every one or three days, cervix and vagina of group A was scrubbed by idophor . After three months, every group was re - examined to observe the efficacy and side - effect of the one - off cure. Results The one - off cure rate in group A （95%） was significantly higher than in group B （77.5%）. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The average days of took off scab in group A （9.66） had a significandy deeper invasion than in group B （13.87） （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion On cure of the serious cervical erosion by microwave combined with idophor can shorten the took off scab period and improved the one - off cure rate. The convenient method can be used widely.
