试论巴瑞·布赞对英国学派理论的重塑

The Remolding of the English School by Barry Buzan

早在20世纪50年代末,英国学派就已经诞生并开始不断发展了,但学界对其关注甚少。20世纪90年代初,国内学界开始关注英国学派,并对其独特的理论内容、研究方法和发展历史等进行了有价值的系统研究。由于巴瑞·布赞提出系统重塑英国学派的主张,其被公认为英国学派新的领军人物。文章在阐述巴瑞·布赞重塑英国学派观点的基础上,主要分析了英国学派理论发展上的新变化和新趋势,并简要阐述了巴瑞·布赞重塑英国学派的深层意义。

The English School was born and developed as early as the late 1950s. However, it did not receive sufficient respect at that time. Not until the early 1990s did it begin to attract the interest of Chinese scholars, who, since then, have conduct￣ed important and systematic studies of the theoretical content, methodology, as well as the history of the school. Recently, Barry Buzan proposed a remolding of the English School, making him a new leader of the school. The author first expounds upon the views of Buzan, then analyzes new developments and trends in the school, and finally concludes with some implications of Buzan’s remolding.
