摘要
建筑方案的建构应当是在某些外在环境条件和建筑内部自身功能要求相互制约下形成的;其过程是一个合乎逻辑的、理性的、同步思维过程。结合东航锦江大酒店二期扩建方案设计,介绍如何从特定的基地环境及建筑功能要求入手,进行方案的构思。
An establishment of a construction proposal/approach is formed through interactive restraint of internal functions and external environment of the construction. The formation of a construction scheme is based on a procedure of logicality, rationality and consistent thinking. According to the extension scheme （phase-Ⅱ ） of Donghang Jinjiang Hotel, it is introduced how to establish a scheme through specific, fundamental environment as well as the funtions of a construction.
