摘要
利用电弧喷涂方法制备了两种铁基非晶涂层。对涂层的微观组织形貌进行了扫描电镜观察,发现FeCrMoMnBCSi涂层组织更致密;涂层主要由晶化相和非晶相共同组成,其中涂层中非晶相的相对含量可以通过对XRD衍射结果进行Pseudo-Voigt拟合计算而得;涂层的维氏显微硬度(HV)超过了1000,属于超硬涂层。涂层成分及组织结构的差异直接影响了涂层的力学性能。
Electric arc spraying technique was used to prepare the iron-based coatings. The microstructure and morphologies of the coatings were observed by the scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the FeCrMoMnBCSi coating was denser. It was composed was calculated by fitting Pseu superhard coating was above structure of a mixed structure of amorphous and crystalline phases. The fraction of amorphous phase do-Voigt 1000.
