氯沙坦治疗原发性高血压并高尿酸血症的临床研究

Clinical study of losartan treating primary hypertension associated with hyperuricemia

目的研究氯沙坦治疗原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症的降压和降尿酸作用。方法选择60例原发性高血压合并高尿酸血症患者，随机分为两组，治疗组37例，给予氯沙坦50～100mg／d；对照组34例，给予依那普利10～20mg／d，观察用药4周前后血压与血尿酸的变化。结果两组降压效果均明显，治疗组能明显降低血尿酸，两组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论氯沙坦降压同时可降尿酸。

Objective To study the effects of losartan on hypertension and hyperuricemia. Methods Sixty patients with hypertension associated with hyperuricemia were elected and divided into two groups by random. Treating group included 37 patients took losartan 50 - 100mg/d. Control group included 34 patients took enalapril 10-20mg/d. The changes of blood pressure and level of uricacid in blood were recorded before and after treatment for 4 weeks. Results Blood pressure reduced apparently in the two group. The level of uricacid in blood reduced apparently in treating group. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclu- sion Losartan can be used for reducing blood pressure and the level of uricacid in blood.
