摘要 荧光素酶是生物体内催化荧光素或者脂肪醛氧化发光的一类酶的总称.荧光素酶可以从细菌、萤火虫、海星等提取出来.随着研究的不断深入,荧光素酶应用到了分子生物学、医学、微生物检测等领域.文章就荧光素酶的种类、结构及应用进行了研究. Luciferase comprises a family of enzymes that catalyzes luciferin or aliphatic aldehydes oxidationluminescence. Luciferase genes have been extracted from bacteria, firefly, Renilla, ect. With studying deeply, luciferase is applied to molecularbiology, medicine, analysis of microorganisms and other fields. The species, structure and applications of luciferase were researched.
