CO2浓度对蓝靛果忍冬光合生理指标的影响 被引量:2

Effect of CO2 Concentrations on Photosynthetic Physiological Variable of Lonicera edulis

摘要 利用LI—COR 6400测量了不同COz浓度条件下蓝靛果忍冬(Lonicera edulis)不同枝条的净光合速率(PN)、蒸腾速率(E)、气孔导度(Cond)、瞬时水分利用效率(WUE)及叶面饱和蒸气压亏缺(VPD).营养枝、繁殖枝和萌生枝条的PN,WUE,VPD及E均随CO2浓度升高而增大,PN增加幅度较大,E增加幅度较小.在高CO2浓度(物质的量比为1013)条件下,繁殖枝叶片最大PN(11.8wnol·m12·s11)与萌生枝(11.7μmol·m^-2·s^-1)相近,而营养枝的最大PN(11.0μmol^-2·s^-1)出现在CO2浓度(1.6×10^-3)条件下,其PN最大值虽与前两者差异不大,但C02浓度却差异很大.在果期繁殖枝、萌生枝的各项光合生理指标相近,但与营养枝差异较大. Net photosynthetic rate(PN), transpiration rate( E ), stomatal conductance( Cond ), vapor pressure deficit at the leaf surface( VPD ) and water use efficiency( WUE = PN/E ) of perennial Lonicera edulis leaves were investigated by Li-COR 6400 portable photosynthesis system under a series of CO2 concentrations. For the vegetative shoot, the reproductive shoot, the coppice shoot, PN, WUE, VPD and E increased with the increasing of CO2 concentration, the increasing of PN was larger than that in E. At elevated CO2 concentration of 1 000 × 10^-6, the maximal PN of the reproductive shoot is 11.8 μmol.m^-2.s^-1 and the coppice shoot is 11.7 μmol'm^-2.s^-1, but the maximal PN of vegetative shoot is 11.0 μmol'm^-2.s^-1 at elevated CO2 concentration of 1 600 × 10^-6 Some physiological indexes of the reproductive shoot and the coppice shoot is very different from the vegetative shoot in seed period.
