天水市麦积区1973-2005年麻疹流行病学特征分析

Analysis on the Epidemic Characteristics of Measles in Maiji District,Tianshui City During 1973-2005.

目的了解天水市麦积区麻疹流行病学特征。方法对1973～2005年麻疹疫情资料进行描述流行病学分析。结果天水市麦积区1973～1978年、1979～1984年、1985～2005年报告麻疹年平均发病率分别为340．48／10万、36．01／10万、10．91／10万，1985～2005年比1973～1978年、1979～1984年年平均发病率分别下降97％、70％；4～6月病例数占67．22％；爆发病例占55．63％；散居儿童和学生病例分别占35．00％、56．51％，8月龄～14岁病例占89．50％。结论提高麻疹疫苗接种率和免疫成功率以及加强监测是加速控制和消除麻疹的关键措施。

Objective In order to understand the epidemic situation of measles in Maiji District. Methods A descriptive epidemiological method was applied to analyze on the epidemic situation of measles from 1973 - 2005 in Maiji District. Results The average rate of the measles in 1973 - 1978,1979 - 1984,1985 - 2005 was 340.48/100000,36.01/100000,10.91/100000 respectively in Maiji District of Tianshui City. The average rate of the measles disease in 1985 -2005 reduced 97% and 70% respectively. Measles cases during April to June accounted for 67.22 % , the cases of outbreak accounted for 55.63% ,the cases of children from scattered localities and students accounted for 35.00% ,56.51% , respectively,the cases from 8 months to 14 years old accounted for 89.50%. Conclusion Improving the effective inoculation rate of measles vaccine and the successful rate of immunization and strengthening the supervision were important measures.
