摘要 采用分散剂分散法、无机酸改性法和溶胶法制备纳米Al2O3颗粒分散体系,并对其粒径分布及储存稳定性进行了比较。将这三种方法制备的纳米Al2O3分别添加到GPTMS(3-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷)溶胶中,采用轧烘焙工艺对羊毛织物进行防毡缩整理;测定织物的润湿性、接触角、定向摩擦效应、面积毡缩率;结合扫描电镜分析,评定和探讨纳米Al2O3/GPTMS复合溶胶中纳米Al2O3所起的作用。 In this paper, three methods of preparing nano Al2O3 disperse system were introduced, which were disperser covering method, modifying method with inorganic acid and sol-gel method. Nano size distribution and stability of the nano Al2O3 solutions obtained with these three methods were analyzed. Wool fabric was treated with the mixed sol solution through pad-drycure process. The function of nano Al2O3 in anti-shrinkage treatment of wool fabric was analyzed by directional friction effect ( D, F. E, ), area-shrinkage rate, wetting ability, contact angle and SEM picture.
