摘要
通过氧化降解,制得不同分子量的壳聚糖,将其溶于柠檬酸溶液,对竹/棉织物进行抗皱抗菌整理。分析了壳聚糖分子量、浓度、柠檬酸用量和洗涤次数对整理织物折皱回复角和抗菌性能的影响。试验结果表明,取分子量为2.8×103的壳聚糖1.5%、柠檬酸6%、次磷酸钠6%,可获得较好的抗皱抗菌性能,且耐洗性良好。
The chitosan having different molecular weight was prepared by oxygen degradation, and solved in citric acid solution, and then applied to wrinkle resistant and antibacterial finishing of bamboo/cotton blended fabric. The influence of molecular weight and concentration of chitosan, dosage of citric acid and times of laundering to crease recovery angle and antibacterial property was analyzed. Based on trials, the results showed that the anti-crease and anti-bacterial properties and wash ability were improved under the condition of chitosan 1.5 % with molecular weight 2.8 × 10^3, citric acid 6 % and sodium hypophosphite 6%.
