解决活性翠蓝KN-G色花及提高色牢度的方法

Solution of dyeing defect and color fastness improvement of reactive turquoise blue KN-G

通过分析活性翠蓝KN-G的特性,找出产生色花及色牢度差的原因。对比试验和大生产应用的结果表明,活性翠蓝KN-G染色时加入螯合分散剂RG-133、皂洗剂RG-SP和固色剂RG-F等,并优化工艺,可以避免色花并提高色牢度。

Through analyzing the characteristics of reactive turquoise blue KN-G, the reasons causing dyeing defecs and poor color fastness were found out. Based on trials comparison and bulk production, it is found that the dyeing defects can be avoided and color fastness can be improved using dispersing agent RG-133, soaping agent RG-SP and fixing agent RG-F. in the optimum process.
