摘要
高精度小匝数电流互感器是测量高压电气设备泄漏电流的一种重要传感器,设计了次级为500匝的单匝穿心式电流互感器。采用零磁通补偿原理来改善互感器的比差和角差特性,将误差控制在需要的范围内,达到了0.2级精度。分别对普通电流互感器和高精度零磁通电流互感器进行了比较实验,实验数据表明了这种方法具有理想的补偿效果。
High accuracy current transformer with small turn is an important sensor to measure leaking current of high voltage electric equipments. A single-turn cored structure current transformer with 500 turns secondary coil is designed. By using the principle of zero flux compensation to improve the ratio displacement and phase characteristics, the errors are restricted within the limits we need and the precision is up to 0.2 %. Experiments respectively on ordinary and high accuracy zero flux current transformers prove that the method has perfect compensation effect.
