摘要
目的通过测定6种慢性病患者的生命质量,对SF-36英国发展版量表的信度、效度和反应度进行考评。方法用SF-36英国发展版对住院的6种慢性病患者进行生命质量的测定,分析包括内部一致性信度和重测信度;结构效度、效标效度和区分效度;反应度。结果SF-36具有较好的信度,除SF外,各领域的内部一致性系数和重测信度系数均在0.7以上,SF的信度系数也在0.6以上。反应度分析显示,SF-36的反应度较好,但测量时间对反应度有一定的影响。SF-36的效度一般,特别是在VT、MH方面效度不佳。结论SF-36用于慢性病患者的生命质量评估还有待进一步研究,应用于治疗效果评价时注意评价时间对结果的影响。
Objective To evaluate the reliability,validity and sensitivity of SF-36 instrument with the quality of life in 6 kinds of chronic diseases. Methods With the self- assessed data of quality of life in subjects with 6 kinds of chronic diseases,the reliability, sensitivity and validity of SF-36 instrument were evaluated. Results In patients with 6 kinds of chronic diseases, the spilt- half reliability was over 0.7 and coefficient of SF-36 instrument was over 0.6. SF-36 sensitivity was best but the time of measurement exerted certain influence on sensivity. The ralidity of SF-36 was fair,especially in VT and MH. Conclusion The reliabihty and sensitivity of SF-36 instrument in chronic diseases is expected to be further evaluated, which needs to be taken into consideration of the influence of evaluation time on effect in evaluating treatment effect.
